We have recently partnered with a leader in the telecoms space, after a year of exciting new business wins and a new growth initiative they are eager to bring on a seasoned CRM specialist to bolster the great work carried out this year and set the team up for a great 2022.

This client has gone from strength to strength as they have solidified themselves as the preeminent name in the mobile communications space. The team has a truly collaborative feel pulling experience from a number of experienced leaders within the space, the teams constant drive to develop and grow makes them a very attractive prospect for anyone trying to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Reporting to the Head of Retention, managing the production of multi-channel communications from the initial briefs to editorial and creative services, targeting and data selection.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to highlight possible improvements in the process and applying relevant solutions.
  • Delivering a new customer acquisition and retention strategy in collaboration with Head of Retention.
  • Managing CRM executives to ensure that the strategies performance is optimized also implement A/B testing in order to optimize conversion.

   Experience – CRM Manager           

  • 3 – 5 years related work experience
  • Prior experience with new automation systems (Salesforce, Braze, Zoho, Pardot, Marketo)
  • Experience in managing the full CRM process (Campaigns, Activation, Retention, Loyalty Programs etc)
  • Previous experience within the email marketing space (Desirable)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business field (Essential)
  • CRM Certification (Desirable)
