An ever-growing, boutique medical communications agency, headquartered in CT, are looking to grow the team with an experienced Director, Client Services. The role will encompass the need to be heavily client facing, business development focused and relationships driven.

They are leading medcomms provider for the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, and nutriceuticals industries and have played a key role in the pre-launch, launch, and marketing of some of the most innovative and important new products on the market today. Director, Client Services:
As the Director, Client Services you will be responsible for leading client accounts, driving both organic existing business as well as new business growth and providing daily strategic insight. The agency are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to lead and manage programs and initiatives across client solutions to continually improve operational excellence and strategic partnership opportunities. The Director, Client Experience will report into the agency’s MD, holding a highly visible role within the agency, and one that will entail overseeing a small number of direct reports.
