Position Overview:
My client are a leader in innovative digital health solutions, is seeking a seasoned, relationship-driven Oncology Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in bringing the future of remote patient monitoring to market, specifically focusing on the oncology space.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the team within your assigned territory, focusing on the oncology market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive penetration of the company in oncology settings.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, confidently handling objections and effectively communicating the clinical and financial value proposition of the the company to oncologists and key decision-makers.
- Provide ongoing customer support and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience within the oncology space, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.
- Existing relationships with cancer centers, oncology physician groups, pharmaceutical groups, and other strategic partners in oncology
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, practice managers, and key decision-makers in hospitals and oncology practices.
- Adept at navigating complex healthcare reimbursement environments, particularly for digital health solutions in oncology.
- Strong understanding of the oncology market landscape, clinical challenges, and current treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences (oncologists, practice managers, etc.).
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
