Our story
In 2008, our founding trio Peter, Glenn, and Mike set out to create something special with the launch of X4 Group—a recruitment business fuelled by a singular purpose: empowering people to succeed. As the world of communications evolved, so did our customers' needs, leading us to launch X4 Communications with the goal of becoming a renowned provider of organisational solutions and consultancy services.
From our modest beginnings, operating out of a London living room, we've grown into a multi-award-winning company that supports organisations in achieving their ambitions through our consultative solutions.
We’re growing fast, thinking big, and support people all over the world from our hubs in the United Kingdom, United States and Germany.
