We provide introductory services for permanent vacancies as well as temporary worker and contractor services to our clients across the globe. X4 has a physical presence in three countries with specialisms in the Life Sciences, Communication and Tech sectors.
  2. Our Supply Chain Acting in the middle of the supply chain, we are fortunate to have good visibility by default. Nevertheless, we pride ourselves on having high standards, and being directly engaged with candidates for both permanent and contingent supply, we perform checks on right to work in the relevant jurisdiction for all placements. For contingent work, we also obtain clear evidence of correct registration with local authorities. All suppliers and partners X4 decides to work with are vetted and regularly audited. Such partners and suppliers include umbrella companies/EORs, IDSP, software providers and advisors. Any partner of X4 which deal with employment of workers, must be able to evidence their compliance with all relevant local laws, for example by proving correct salary payments without any unauthorised deductions, benefit offering and insurances. The clients that we work with are predominantly located in the UK, United States and Europe. The candidates we engage with predominantly live in the same locations.
